Selasi Dzikunu is the founder of The Delse Shop, an online marketplace for Ghanaian natural skin and hair care products, blending e-commerce with a physical presence in Adenta and Oyarifa Mall. With expertise in technology and entrepreneurship, she facilitates convenient access to products while understanding the needs of the average Ghanaian. A TEF Alumna and advocate for female entrepreneurship, she also co-founded Jayset Consulting and serves as its Director of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.
Selasi is passionate about women in STEM, serving as Ghana Chapter Lead for Women in Tech Africa, and has experience in youth development through her role with YESDEC. She holds a BSc in Agricultural Engineering, an Executive Certificate in Project Management, and an MSc in International Business from the University of Ghana.

He was instrumental in implementing strategic sales approaches that contributed to the brand's market presence.Sihle also serves as a sales coach for Izaza Eyewear, a local sunglass brand based in Cape Town, where he provides mentorship and guidance to the brand's founder.
Currently, Sihle is embarking on an initiative focused on cybersecurity solutions, aiming to make a transformative impact in the digital landscape.
